Apex-Brazil and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched promotion strategy in Brazil

 

 

The Be Brazil concept will be used to disseminate information on attributes of sectors, national products and services and enhance credibility of the country as a business partner

The Brazilian Agency for Export and Investment Promotion (Apex-Brazil) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE) launched on 22 August, in Rio de Janeiro, the new strategy for the promotion of Brazilian business abroad, based on the concept Be Brazil (Be Brazil).
The concept will be used in the actions of Apex-Brazil and a wide communication campaign in the country and abroad to use in an integrated manner, public relations tools and press relations, events, marketing, social media and advertising.

The Be Brazil unfolds in the attributes of sectors, domestic products and services: Be Brazil, Be Sustainable (Be Brazil, Be Sustainable), Be Brazil, Be Creative (Be Brazil, Be creative), Be Brazil, Be Innovative (Be Brazil, be Innovative) and also combines the identity of sectors: be Sustainable, be Brazilian Agribusiness (be Sustainable, is the Brazilian Agribusiness).

The goal is to enhance the credibility of Brazil as a business partner using the Be Brazil as a key concept for the dissemination of success stories and business opportunities for both the business relationship and for attracting foreign direct investment to the country.

The strategy is based on the results of several studies conducted in recent years regarding the general perception abroad about Brazil, which indicate is the country well regarded because of their friendliness and wealth of natural resources, but identify the positive aspects of doing business with Brazil are still not recognized.

The idea is to spread still little known differentials, such as sustainability and present technology, for example, in agribusiness, creative industries such as fashion, audiovisual and many other Brazilian products and services, as well as evidence that the country is globally competitive in various segments.

“This initiative comes at an important time for Brazil, where exports and attracting foreign investment, particularly in the infrastructure sector, have an increasingly crucial role in economic recovery. And the integration between Apex-Brazil and the MRE will expand the scope of the project, “the Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Serra.

“Our goal is to create a unified, continuous and consistent narrative to show the world a creative country and determined that offers sustainable and quality deliveries. The concept Be Brazil is strong and supports all these stories, “said Roberto Jaguaribe, the president of Apex-Brazil. “We will support us in testimonials and real stories, buyers and investors who are satisfied with their business with Brazil, giving spontaneity to the campaign,” adds Jaguaribe.
